Under the Influence of Flavour wine exploration

Yesterday evening was the test run for the Under the Influence and Lexus Chauffeur drive experiences at the Fourways showroom and what an evening it was! Guests arrived in style driven by ridiculously good looking drivers, each named Jeeves. The tasting was an exploration of flavour in wine, from unwooded crisp white wines, to oaked Chardonnay and then moving up the scale of red wines in terms of body and flavour. The lineup included:

• Paul Cluver Pinot Noir
• Southern Right Pinotage
• Stark Conde Syrah
• Raats Cabernet Franc
• Belfield Magnifica Cabernet Sauvignon
