Under the Influence of the Closure Course explores the different closures on the market. We sourced Rustenberg John X Merriman for the Platinum packs, one with screwcap and the other with a cork, to see how the two types of closure might influence the wine. The true test is in the taste!

The south of France is awesome so we decided to put together a wine ensemble and course that looks at wine from the region and how it has been adapted to South African conditions. Wines explored included the Chapoutier Tricastin Estubiers Rouge 2006, Lammershoek Roulette Red and a Domaine Grier Vin de Paris Syrah Carignan 2006.
