Under the Influence of the Rhone

The south of France is awesome so we decided to put together a wine ensemble and course that looks at wine from the region and how it has been adapted to South African conditions. Wines explored included the Chapoutier Tricastin Estubiers Rouge 2006, Lammershoek Roulette Red and a Domaine Grier Vin de Paris Syrah Carignan 2006.
