A lovely garnet colour, with lots of wild berry fruit and wild mushroom scents on the nose. The palate is brimming with sweet berry flavours. Long, lingering, velvety finish. The wine has tightly structured tannins which will allow for 5-7 years maturation, though it can be enjoyed young. Delicious with venison, duck and game fish.
