Selected fruit are sourced from small parcels from various vineyards in the Swartland area to create this wonderfully complex and elegant wine. Whole bunch pressed and naturally fermented, this wine has a wealth of aromas that develop and change in the glass, with stone fruit, orange blossom and mineral flavours.  This is a wine with gentle tannins and a supple texture that leave a long finish on the palate.
