The Palladius has a wonderful combination of intensive fruit, and beautiful fresh acidity with a mineral edge. 2009 was a beautiful year for white wines in the Swartland and this particular vintage had even more complexity owing to the addition of  88 year old Semillon and 35 year old Palomino parcels.
