April Taste Experiences in Johannesburg

Under the Influence is hosting two very special wine experiences next week in Johannesburg. The first is a wine discovery course and the second is a component tasting of De Toren Fusion V.

The Fusion V component tasting is especially rare as only international press and trade are treated to this experience by De Toren twice a year. We will be tasting the five varietals included in Fusion V, blind, and then taste the final product, enhancing our understanding of Bordeaux blends. Details click here

The wine discovery course explores terroir in South Africa and how it influences the wine in the bottle. We also explore in a fun and interactive manner just how wine is made and how this influences flavour.
