Blind vs Sighted Tasting

In this tasting we will be exploring how to rate wine, and will be rating it blind and sighted. The aim of the tasting is first of all learning how to rate wine, and then learning how to trust your nose and palate when assessing it. We will taste a range of South Africa’s best, with some random additions, and possible double entries, just to test the tastebuds!

Cost: R100 per Guest, first ten bookings are Chauffeur driven to and from the tasting in Lexus vehicles at no charge. Tasting includes wines and some freshly baked breads. Grab dinner beforehand or make plans for afterwards.
