Burgundy in South Africa

South Africa has been exploring the grapes of Burgundy to produce world class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and this tasting aims to uncover these incredible wines. From Stellenbosch to Elgin and the Hemel en Aarde we will taste some leading lights and see just how powerfully climate and soil and winemaking styles can influence the wines. From the fruit driven wines of Stellenbosch to more mineral and fresh examples in the cooler climes, this promises to be an incredible tasting.

Time: Starting at 6:30pm for 7pm
Venue: The Roundhouse Restaurant, Kloof Rd, Camps Bay
Cost: R100 per Guest, first ten bookings are Chauffeur driven to and from the tasting in Lexus vehicles at no charge. Tasting includes wines and some freshly baked breads. Grab dinner beforehand or make plans for afterwards.
