Cap Classique Exploration Thur 4th February

Everyone loves bubbly and there is much to love! It is a symbol of celebration and has been for centuries. In this tasting we explore some of South Africa’s top Cap Classiques. We will understand a little bit more about the different styles of Brut, Brut Rose and Demi Sec and understand the difference between vintage and non vintage bubblies. Through this tasting we will also explore the Cap Classiques from around South Africa, understanding how terroir influences flavour. Bubblies to taste include selections from Villiera, Graham Beck, Ross Gower, Genevieve, Steenberg, amongst others.
