Cool vs Warm Climate White Wines

Under the Influence explores a range of cooler climate and warmer climate white wines to understand the influence of climate on flavour. From the cool heights of Elgin, to the misty Hemel en Aarde, to sunny Stellenbosch and surrounds, this tasting takes us on a journey through flavour. Wine Estates to sample include Ataraxia, Bouchard Finlayson, Oak Valley, Highlands Road, Paul Cluver, Steenberg, Lammershoek, De Trafford and Graham Beck. But since it is a blind tasting, the lineup may differ!
