Deconstructing Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is a difficult grape that requires a skilled hand in the vineyard and in the cellar, and unique terroir to boot! In this tasting we will be guided by Paul Cluver, a producer in Elgin who has supreme experience in the making of great Pinot Noir. He will guide us through some of his wines and also notable other Pinot Noir producers in the country, providing a unique insider view on the elegant, yet testy, Pinot Noir grape.
