Exploring Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon. The king of the red grapes! Don’t tell that to the Italians or Burgundians… Anyway, this tasting is all about deconstructing the grape, in terms of flavour, aroma, where it’s been and where it is going. Join us for a sensory exploration of note as we taste the primary, secondary and tertiary flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon and get stuck into some great examples from around South Africa.
