France vs SA Bubbly – a Champagne and Cap Classique tasting!

Bubbly. It is forever a part of celebrations, small or big, and the home of sparkling wine is Champagne in France. In this tasting we will explore French and South African bubblies, understanding the different styles, how they are made and just how the unique climates of both countries influence the flavour in the glass. It promises to be a delicious experience!
