Under the Influence has teamed up with Marco Paulo restaurant in Durban to host an Italian food and wine extravaganza! This experience includes a beautiful four course dinner, all paired with local and Italian wines and who knows, there might be a grappa cart making the rounds afterwards…

Medici (Popular!) Sangiovese Rubicone

Very easy drinking wine made of Sangiovese grapes from vineyards on the hills of Imola near Bologna. Light alcohol content, fruity and medium-bodied, makes this wine a winner any time of the day.

Beautiful expression of Cape Nebbiolo. Still young and intense, with dark fruit and typical tannin. Needs some good game meat or rich dish.
