Under the Influence of Bottle Age

What is it about aged wines that make them so appealing? For one, the wines often have balanced out, with softer tannins, and the fruit and oak flavours have melded beautifully into something so much better. This tasting will explore a range of older vintage wines, where we will understand just how time in the bottle influences a wine. We will access the library stock of South Africa’s leading Estates and share them in this exciting experience.
