Under the Influence of Soil

This wine tasting explores soil. Guests obviously have the option of tasting actual soil but we would rather go for option two, where we taste wines that reflect different soils. We will take a journey from the Swartland, to the Helderberg, to Elgin, the Hemel en Aarde Valley and the Cederberg. Along the way, we will taste wines from the unique soils of these regions and gain a better understanding of terroir.
