Ripe, soft white pears with notes of lime and toasted almonds, punctuated by whiffs of peach blossoms and hot buttered toast. Initial smooth and creamy entry on the palate, followed by a lively, mineral and citrus acidity inspiring a fresh palate.

Decadent dark berries layered with subtle notes of coffee and dark chocolate. A soft, elegant wine of medium body with a wonderful structured minerality which builds and develops.

A full bodied blend with a distinct scent of earthy African rain, notes of fresh venison and fynbos, combined with ripe, dark berries and punctuated by savoury black pepper and spicy whiffs of oak smoked, air-dried hams. A fantastic wine with layers and layers of complexity!
