New UI Zambia General Manager

It is with great pleasure and excitement that we welcome a new Member to the Under the Influence Zambia team. Hesther Levy joins us as General Manager for the company, based in Zambia. Hesther brings a wealth of knowledge and has been immersed in Zambia for 21 years. She will be crucial to the strengthening of our value offering to our customers and partners, making sure you they are looked after to the highest standards.

Hesther has a wealth of experience in the hospitality and education sectors in Africa, and will bring her business development skills to bear to our Zambia operations. Hesther has been known to enjoy an ice cold Sauvignon Blanc after work, and has a keen interest in community outreach projects. In her spare time, she has established an NGO that aims to improve the lives of working donkeys in Zambia. Please visit the Zambia Working Donkey project for more. We will certainly be supporting this noble cause.

Look out for our February and March roadshows in Zambia, invitations to which are being sent out this week. We are especially excited to be growing our Education programs to our customers in the region. To that end, Richard D'Arifat will also join the team from a Group perspective, as we roll out the 2022 support programs to customers. Richard Nyirenda and Boyd Choongo, our Ops and Warehouse leaders in Zambia, are continuously improving ways in which we can efficiently and consistently supply you with some of the best beverages available on the market, both from our Lusaka warehouse as well as directly from SA.
